"Bad first impression, but the return was fine"
My first impression wasn’t great. I had to return a part, and while the return process itself did work, the warranty responses were slow. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but waiting around for replies definitely made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be

"Fit was okay, but definitely not perfect"
I ordered a part from VMS Racing because their site said it would fit my car, but of course it wasn’t quite that simple. I had to mess with it a bit and make some adjustments before it sat right. Not the end of the world, but these clowns made it sound like it would be a direct fit, and that wasn’t really the case. The quality seems fine so far, so I’m not totally mad about it, but the compatibility info could definitely be clearer before people buy.

"Shipping was slow again"
It took way too long to arrive this time too. the shipping just doesn’t feel very reliable.

"Good prices and solid parts"
I found the parts I needed for less than I was seeing on other sites, and the quality turned out to be really solid. Shipping was reasonable too, so overall it felt like a good value. I’d definitely check here again next time I need parts

"Helpful support, even if it took one extra nudge"
I had a question about my order and reached out to customer service. They replied quickly, which I appreciated, and they gave me the info I needed to figure out what to do next. In my opinion, it wasn’t totally seamless since I did have to follow up once, but overall they handled it well. I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

It’s, uh, not bad for the price overall. The quality seems okay, but one part started showing wear a little sooner than I expected. It’s still usable, just probably not something I’d call super durable
